Ky started dancing at the age of 8 dancing at a studio called TUFF GONG. At the age of 10 ky joined George Samson’s Access to All Areas. He enjoyed being there but there wasn’t much of a challenge for him. This is the reason why he now comes to JC, Ky started at JC when he was 14. Ky has been a Break Dancer since he began. He has only started to progress as a Street Dancer when he joined JC Dance Academy in 2015.

Throughout Ky’s school life he danced at many competitions and shows while being a student at JC. He placed 1st in many solos and even in teams, with his crew THE MOVEMENT. Ky is currently doing an apprenticeship at JC where he works with most of the children that come to dance. He enjoys seeing all the children improve.

Ky is looking at audition work now. We brought Walsh films in to make his promo video where we will send his promo to many different agencies and casting competitions.

At JC Ky is head Break Dance Teacher where his will instruct the children to become better Bboy’s and Bgirl’s.

Dancing has taken me around the world and back. My journey started when I was trained in classical ballet, tap, modern and other styles at Kate Simmons Dance in Warrington. I then went on to fulfil my dream of entertaining audiences around the world while gracing the stage of five star hotels, grand casinos and luxury cruise ships. I often took centre stage while performing in places like Brazil, Argentina and New York – just to name a few! After acting as Dance Captain, Head Dancer & Production Manager on some of the world’s most decadent cruise ships, I finally rested my sea legs when I returned home in 2016.

I’ve since discovered a new passion for teaching and now nothing brings me more joy than sharing my skills and experience with a new generation- so let’s get those feet tapping, good toes pointing and faces smiling! I’m looking forward to passing on my knowledge teaching future stars and making their dreams come true just like mine did!
