There are two different adult ballet classes that run at the academy. The intermediate class is for adults who have studied ballet before maybe at a young age or it’s suitable for adults or students who are still studying dance.
The beginners class is suitable for adults who have done little to no ballet before. There are many different benefits to adult ballet training these include:
